IP Secure – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IP Secure (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree to these TOS, do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and [Your Company Name] (“We”, “Us”, “IP Secure”).

2. Definitions

Service: The IP Secure platform, including all web interfaces, APIs, apps, tools, and associated functionality.

User / Customer: A person or entity who registers for or uses the Service.

Content: All data, text, files, designs, documents, information or other materials that you upload, post, or otherwise provide through the Service.

Subscription Plan: The pricing plan you subscribe to (free, trial or paid) defining what features, limits, and support you get.

Account: Your user credentials (username, password, etc.) for accessing the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register and maintain an Account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your Account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your Account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe there is breach, misuse or unauthorized use.

4. Subscription, Fees & Billing

Access to IP Secure may be subject to subscription fees depending on the plan chosen.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled in advance per plan terms.

Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a written agreement.

We may change pricing, fees or features of Subscription Plans, provided we notify you in advance of any material changes.

5. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these TOS and applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse the Service (for example, hacking, spamming, reverse engineering, disrupting other users, uploading malicious content).

You must ensure your Content and usage do not violate third‑party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, UI, technology, trademarks) remain with Us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of your Content; however, by uploading or submitting Content to IP Secure, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display, transmit, and use your content for providing the Service.

Derivative works, aggregated data, analytics, reports generated by us may remain our property.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, store, and share your data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Support, Maintenance & Updates

We will provide support (through email, chat, helpdesk or as per the plan) to help with issues and queries.

We may update, change or discontinue any feature of the Service at our discretion.

We may perform maintenance and downtime; we will try to provide notice for planned downtime when feasible.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to keep the Service reliable, but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim implicit warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IP Secure (and its affiliates, employees, partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including loss of data, profits, business interruption) arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

You may terminate your subscription by following the cancellation procedure in your account.

We may suspend or terminate or restrict your access immediately if you violate these TOS, laws, or act in a way harmful to us or other users.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a retention period unless a prior agreement provides otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these TOS from time to time.

We will post the updated TOS with a new “Effective Date”.

Continued usage of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These TOS shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g. State/Country].

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.

14. Miscellaneous
